Multilayer clad strip
The multilayer clad strip is a composite strip material consisting of two or more layers of dissimilar metals obtained by joint cold rolling.
The bimetallic strip combines the properties of the base and the coating, which makes it possible to achieve properties unattainable for monometal, as well as to significantly reduce the cost of the material.
The multilayer clad strips are made of various metals and alloys up to 100 mm wide. The strips are produced on rolling equipment by cold roll cladding.
